Cristyn Girolami

For over 25 years, Cris has played a pivotal role in helping organizations attract, recruit, onboard, develop, retain, and, most importantly, engage top talent by fostering high-performance environments where people thrive.

Cris has served as Chief People Officer for multiple companies and held leadership positions at Victorinox Swiss Army, Waterworks, and Madison Square Garden. Over the past decade, she has worked with Walker portfolio companies, focusing on both people and operations. Cris collaborates closely with CEOs and leadership teams to develop and execute comprehensive people strategies, encompassing talent management, learning and development, culture, compensation, benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, and employment practices.

Cris holds an MA in Psychology and is a Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor.

KC Stage Griffin

Partner

For over 20 years, KC has supported small and medium-sized organizations and their teams across all aspects of the people function. She has navigated the full organizational lifecycle, contributing to the building, development, growth, transition, integration, and exit of businesses. KC is dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for individuals, fostering inclusive cultures, and helping companies and their teams reach their full potential.

KC has been instrumental in launching multiple startups, focusing on people and operations. Most recently, she led the people function at GutCheck through its acquisition and integration into a global company. Alongside advising startups, she has also introduced innovative processes and served as a multifunctional project manager and team leader at General Electric for over eight years.

KC holds a BS in Theatre with a minor in Mathematics from The College of William and Mary.

Khayla Sill

Operations Manager

For the past decade, Khayla has been dedicated to attracting top talent, fostering dynamic cultures, and supporting executives and leadership teams at startup companies. Her unique blend of creativity, curiosity, drive, and meticulous attention to detail enables her to deliver innovative solutions quickly and effectively.

Khayla has also contributed to multiple chapters of the Young Presidents’ Organization over the past seven years. She has orchestrated numerous exceptional events and manages day-to-day operations for the chapters, including website oversight, creative content management, and chapter communications.

Khayla holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Franklin University and is an enthusiastic cyclist.
